After 7 played minutes, Czubin's Marek Teofila shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emil Cymbal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Czubin reached it. Borys Cerocki kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 13thth minute of the game Tadeusz Waselenczuk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hope Dies Last's Emil Cymbal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Czubin's goal looked a bit too open when Szymon Kolbe came free, but Tymoteusz Budrewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Waselenczuk in the 17th minute of play forced Hope Dies Last's goalkeeper Emil Cymbal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Izydor Czerny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emil Cymbal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klement Domeracki in the 22nd minute of the match. The supporters of Hope Dies Last booed when Czubin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marian Gollob didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emil Cymbal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeusz Waselenczuk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emil Cymbal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Szymon Kolbe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Tadeusz Waselenczuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Cymbal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Czubin getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Damazy Daszkowski hit a great ball. Szymon Kolbe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Tymoteusz Budrewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Szymon Kolbe in the 66th minute of the match. Borys Cerocki kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Czubin's Marek Teofila shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 74th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Emil Cymbal but with some difficulty. Klement Domerackis short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Emil Cymbal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Klement Domeracki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emil Cymbal having to make a save. When Borys Cerocki fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hope Dies Last's protests and gave Borys Cerocki a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Hope Dies Last's Borys Cerocki got a free kick in the 81st minute. Klement Domeracki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Emil Cymbal made a huge save. Szymon Kolbe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Tymoteusz Budrewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Klement Domeracki took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emil Cymbal. Emil Cymbal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tadeusz Waselenczuk in the 100th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emil Cymbal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Hope Dies Last supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Czubin's performance. The match ended with a win for Czubin.
