Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Majdoch to make the kick off. Mateusz Kocieniewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Maciej Falkiewicz made a huge save. If Zdzislaw Kochanowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stefan Gacki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zdzislaw Kochanowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Mateusz Kocieniewski might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maciej Falkiewicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mateusz Kocieniewski ran back to his position shaking his head.
