Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Prosper Vandamme got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute Prosper Vandamme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victor Curea came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Wim Wilmes. But to his dismay, Wim Wilmes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Prosper Vandamme fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 1909 Tarnovia's protests and gave Prosper Vandamme a yellow card for diving instead. Prosper Vandamme hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victor Curea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 15th minute of play. Arnout Reekers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prosper Vandamme's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 32nd minute of play forced 1909 Tarnovia's goalkeeper Victor Curea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. Victor Curea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Meesters, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Ulryk Podolski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victor Curea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 42nd minute of the match. The 1909 Tarnovia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Netherlands were winning 0-2.

With 56 minutes on the clock, Ludomir Werra commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 58 minutes into the game, Gijsbert ter Kruimer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Victor Curea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Victor Curea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Wim Wilmes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Victor Curea. The goal made the score 0-4. 1909 Tarnovia made a substitution. Jakub Gondela replaced Zdzislaw Biraga. In the 79th minute Prosper Vandamme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 82 minutes of play, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Victor Curea was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer hit a great ball. 1909 Tarnovia's Victor Curea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save 1909 Tarnovia from getting a goal against them. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the game, Herbert Wisniewski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 1909 Tarnovia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Netherlands the free kick. David Eikelkamp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Curea having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zenon Hetman in the 98th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnout Reekers saved Netherlands from getting behind. Netherlands's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
