Sukowy's supporters rose to their feet, but Ksawery Dulka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernard Cielencki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lukasz Rakowicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. In the 22ndth minute of the game Ksawery Dulka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Madryt's Bernard Cielencki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Remigiusz Marciewicz's late challenge caught a Real Madryt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lukasz Rakowicz to make the kick off. In the 50th minute, Pankracy Klejnowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lukasz Rakowicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustaw Karpinski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Sukowy's goal looked a bit too open when Lukasz Rakowicz came free, but Gustaw Karpinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernard Cielencki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ksawery Dulka in the 65th minute of the match. Gustaw Karpinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukasz Rakowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Real Madryt defense, Ksawery Dulka kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernard Cielencki. The Real Madryt fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernard Cielencki should have stopped the shot. Bernard Cielencki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ksawery Dulka in the 81st minute of the match. Olgierd Gozdowski hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Jakub Bierfass sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute, Kazimierz Zawaski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute, Olgierd Gozdowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Real Madryt players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sukowy.
