Sukowy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olgierd Gozdowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ksawery Dulka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zbyszek Brack hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Ksawery Dulka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofil Pinczewski having to interfere. The FC ŻNIWIARZ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sukowy were winning 0-2.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ksawery Dulka in the 54th minute of play forced FC ŻNIWIARZ's goalkeeper Teofil Pinczewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bartosz Ciempa took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teofil Pinczewski. Teofil Pinczewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, FC ŻNIWIARZ's goal looked a bit too open when Ksawery Dulka came free, but Teofil Pinczewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teofil Pinczewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ksawery Dulka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olgierd Gozdowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olgierd Gozdowski struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Teofil Pinczewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sukowy.
