Schlochau SA's Lucjan Karwowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marian Przybylo in the 10th minute of play. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Iwo Banan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wieslaw Hodas in the 22nd minute. Marian Przybylo took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucjan Karwowski. Lucjan Karwowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The supporters of Schlochau SA booed when Rudniki Drinkers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marian Przybylo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Ziemowit Majkowski from long distance, 37 minutes into the match, got Iwo Banan's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miroslaw Rydzewski in the 39th minute of play forced Schlochau SA's goalkeeper Lucjan Karwowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Schlochau SA's zone, Marian Przybylo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucjan Karwowski came out of the goal and Marian Przybylo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wieslaw Hodas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Iwo Banan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marian Przybylo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Rudniki Drinkers's Miroslaw Rydzewski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lucjan Karwowski. That made the score 0-2 after 52 minutes of play. In the 57th minute of the match Bartlomiej Bubczyk sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iwo Banan skillfully saved the ball. In the 61st minute of the match, Miroslaw Rydzewski got a very nice opportunity to score, but Lucjan Karwowski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of Rudniki Drinkers booed when Schlochau SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyryl Cetnar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Rudniki Drinkers's Miroslaw Rydzewski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucjan Karwowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Iwo Banan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugeniusz Lampe in the 68th minute of play. Konrad Chazon charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Konrad Chazon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lucjan Karwowski made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Miroslaw Rydzewski sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 81 minutes, Miroslaw Rydzewski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rudniki Drinkers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miroslaw Rydzewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Rudniki Drinkers defense, Wieslaw Hodas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iwo Banan. The Rudniki Drinkers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iwo Banan should have stopped the shot. When Witalis Karanowski was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 94 minutes had been played. A collision led to Rudniki Drinkers getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Witalis Karanowski hit a great ball. The Rudniki Drinkers supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Rudniki Drinkers would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
