The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tadeusz Lewkowicz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dawid Pysz in the 5th minute of play forced Osice SSA's goalkeeper Tadeusz Lewkowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jan Arbaszewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9thth minute of the game Jan Arbaszewski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Osice SSA's Tadeusz Lewkowicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. GKS Tychy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan Arbaszewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dawid Pysz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeusz Lewkowicz having to interfere. After 36 played minutes GKS Tychy got a freekick which was hit by Dawid Pysz. Jan Arbaszewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The GKS Tychy fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when GKS Tychy's Dawid Pysz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Jan Arbaszewski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Tadeusz Lewkowicz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Osice SSA's zone, Dawid Pysz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tadeusz Lewkowicz came out of the goal and Dawid Pysz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jan Arbaszewski struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Tadeusz Lewkowicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GKS Tychy. The crowd rose to their feet as Dawid Pysz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tadeusz Lewkowicz. That made the score 0-4 in the 95 minute of play. GKS Tychy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
