The audience was convinced that Radomir Szarmach's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaroslaw Mosiniak was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. In the 88thth minute of the game Radomir Szarmach who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Łodzianka Łabędy's Jaroslaw Mosiniak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Łodzianka Łabędy's zone, Radomir Szarmach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jaroslaw Mosiniak came out of the goal and Radomir Szarmach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jaroslaw Mosiniak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tadeusz Mikulski's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. If Radomir Szarmach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Łodzianka Łabędy's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
