Wincenty Kasprzak kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. If Olaf Czajka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zbyszek Perkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radoslaw Wisniewski in the 37th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Bartosz Juzda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Radoslaw Wisniewski was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Olaf Czajka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olaf Czajka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Jaroslaw Mosiniak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olaf Czajka in the 56th minute of play forced Łodzianka Łabędy's goalkeeper Jaroslaw Mosiniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wawrzyniec Degutis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zbyszek Perkowski having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Lubin's Marek Raflewski got a free kick in the 81st minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Łodzianka Łabędy had played much better football throughout.
