Eugeniusz Penczkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincent Cichocki having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jedrzej Mosiniak in the 13th minute of play forced Tolko's goalkeeper Wincent Cichocki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonard Rykaczewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 25 minutes into the game, Leonard Rykaczewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Benedykt Mios was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Tolko's zone, Eugeniusz Penczkowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wincent Cichocki came out of the goal and Eugeniusz Penczkowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Tolko getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Gilbert Sidorowicz hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jedrzej Mosiniak in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wincent Cichocki saved Tolko from getting behind. After 42 played minutes, LKS Dąbrowa Chełmińska's Bogumil Leper shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wincent Cichocki came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LKS Dąbrowa Chełmińska reached it. If Eugeniusz Penczkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Tolko's Wincent Cichocki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jedrzej Mosiniak in the 58th minute of play. Grzegorz Walicki hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Wincent Cichocki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugeniusz Penczkowski in the 63rd minute of play. In the 67th minute, Gilbert Sidorowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to LKS Dąbrowa Chełmińska getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Witalis Bartoszek hit a great ball. 70 minutes in the game, Leonard Rykaczewski fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Benedykt Mios having to interfere. Gilbert Sidorowicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Benedykt Mios made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zygmunt Liberko in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benedykt Mios saved LKS Dąbrowa Chełmińska from getting behind. Wincent Cichocki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Penczkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Eugeniusz Penczkowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Wincent Cichocki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonard Rykaczewski's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Benedykt Mios firmly grabbed it by the left post. Benedykt Mios made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonard Rykaczewski in the 84th minute. After having played for 90 minutes, Eugeniusz Penczkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LKS Dąbrowa Chełmińska's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugeniusz Penczkowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wincent Cichocki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jedrzej Mosiniak's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. The LKS Dąbrowa Chełmińska supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tolko's performance. The match ended with a win for Tolko.
