An unexpectedly hard shot by Borys Sidorowicz in the 3rd minute of play forced RKS Motor Lublin's goalkeeper Cyryl Arendarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roch Mikulski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benedykt Latkiewicz hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Cezary Gniech reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Wasyl Psotka. The goal made the score 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in The After Birds's zone, Cezary Gniech stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wasyl Psotka came out of the goal and Cezary Gniech tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 26 played minutes The After Birds got a freekick which was hit by Robert Polkoski. A collision led to The After Birds getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Wojciech Koperski hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the game, Borys Sidorowicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Cyryl Arendarski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 42nd minute Franciszek Czekaj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cyryl Arendarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 45 minutes, Cezary Gniech managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RKS Motor Lublin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cezary Gniech was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Waclaw Pawelczyk came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the RKS Motor Lublin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waclaw Pawelczyk couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cezary Gniech was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Cezary Gniech made a precise shot to the right of Wasyl Psotka. The After Birds's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Waclaw Pawelczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wasyl Psotka having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Benedykt Latkiewicz could shoot a difficult shot in the 60th minute, which Cyryl Arendarski however easily saved by the left post. Benedykt Latkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cyryl Arendarski having to interfere. Cezary Gniech sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wojciech Koperski kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Cyryl Arendarski was a little too slow when Benedykt Latkiewicz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 3-2. Wojciech Koperski hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After 78 played minutes The After Birds got a freekick which was hit by Wojciech Koperski. With a little luck, RKS Motor Lublin's Cyryl Arendarski got control of the ball when Benedykt Latkiewicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cyryl Arendarski was a little too slow when Borys Sidorowicz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 3-3. Cezary Gniech sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roch Mikulski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Wasyl Psotka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Wiktor Wyrzykowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the match, RKS Motor Lublin's Cezary Mojsiewicz broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 92 minutes into the match, The After Birds's goal looked a bit too open when Zenon Mierzwa came free, but Wasyl Psotka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Wojciech Koperski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Waclaw Pawelczyk managed to get in a good position for a shot. RKS Motor Lublin's supporters rose to their feet, but Waclaw Pawelczyk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wasyl Psotka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. RKS Motor Lublin were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
