Andrzej Tamulewicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pawel Birkenhagen's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Jakub Niziolek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrzej Tamulewicz having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, Newcastle United's goal looked a bit too open when Pawel Birkenhagen came free, but Andrzej Tamulewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wojciech Pionek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andrzej Tamulewicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. After some careless play in the Newcastle United defense, Wojciech Pionek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andrzej Tamulewicz. The Newcastle United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andrzej Tamulewicz should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pawel Birkenhagen in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andrzej Tamulewicz saved Newcastle United from getting behind. If Juliusz Gendolla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakub Niziolek in the 36th minute of play forced Newcastle United's goalkeeper Andrzej Tamulewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juliusz Gendolla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andrzej Tamulewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pawel Birkenhagen, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The Newcastle United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Daj Boze Rozum were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juliusz Gendolla made a kick off. Daj Boze Rozum's Wojciech Pionek got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wojciech Pionek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Andrzej Tamulewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Newcastle United getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Stefan Glapiak hit a great ball. If Jakub Niziolek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wojciech Pionek struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Andrzej Tamulewicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Daj Boze Rozum. Newcastle United's Piotr Cwenar got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Newcastle United's Juliusz Gendolla in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Daj Boze Rozum's goalie prevented a goal. Krzysztof Jarek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Daj Boze Rozum's goalkeeper Lucjan Domaradzki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 90 minutes into the match, Newcastle United's goalkeeper Andrzej Tamulewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wojciech Pionek. Wieslaw Solak took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Andrzej Tamulewicz. Newcastle United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Newcastle United supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Daj Boze Rozum's performance. The match ended with a win for Daj Boze Rozum.
