Klement Odachowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daavid Beckham having to interfere. When Jedrzej Sala fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Workeim's protests and gave Jedrzej Sala a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th minute, Jedrzej Sala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Wincenty Misiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Michal Szkaradek to strike the kick off in the second half. Wincenty Misiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Sebastian Lizewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Workeim's zone, Zygmunt Rasialdo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daavid Beckham came out of the goal and Zygmunt Rasialdo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 62 minutes into the match, Workeim's goal looked a bit too open when Michal Szkaradek came free, but Daavid Beckham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michal Szkaradek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Daavid Beckham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Workeim's Wincenty Misiewicz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sebastian Lizewski. Sebastian Lizewski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. In the 76th minute, Klement Odachowski made a precise shot to the right of Daavid Beckham. Workeim's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After 79 played minutes GKS Gładysze got a freekick which was hit by Zygmunt Rasialdo. If Kajetan Noworolnik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute Klement Odachowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daavid Beckham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Workeim eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
