A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Slawomir Figlewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Cyprian Absolwent tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Krzysztof Witwicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dominik Przybyciel in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cyprian Absolwent saved Huragan Sosnowiec from getting behind. When Bartlomiej Szotek fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huragan Sosnowiec's protests and gave Bartlomiej Szotek a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th minute, Bartlomiej Szotek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Żołnierze Kosmosu's Czeslaw Borucki got a free kick in the 27th minute. Krzysztof Witwicki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Boruc Mruk having to make a save. A collision led to Huragan Sosnowiec getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Wladyslaw Milan hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute, Radowit Michnik sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Huragan Sosnowiec's Cyprian Absolwent didn't even have to move. The supporters of Żołnierze Kosmosu booed when Huragan Sosnowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartlomiej Szotek didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Slawomir Figlewski in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cyprian Absolwent saved Huragan Sosnowiec from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Krzysztof Witwicki got free with Boruc Mruk in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Slawomir Figlewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Slawomir Figlewski in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cyprian Absolwent saved Huragan Sosnowiec from getting behind. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Slawomir Figlewski made a kick off. Slawomir Figlewski struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Cyprian Absolwent didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Żołnierze Kosmosu. Boruc Mruk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Krzysztof Witwicki in the 60th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Huragan Sosnowiec's Radomil Podolski got a free kick in the 65th minute. After 67 minutes, Igor Percha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Żołnierze Kosmosu and the Huragan Sosnowiec players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 67 played minutes Żołnierze Kosmosu got a freekick which was hit by Igor Percha. Stanislaw Lizewski, 68 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Boruc Mruk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomil Podolski in the 82nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wladyslaw Milan during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th match minute, Huragan Sosnowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wladyslaw Milan to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the match, Huragan Sosnowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Slawomir Figlewski came free, but Cyprian Absolwent reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Krzysztof Witwicki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boruc Mruk having to interfere. Boruc Mruk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomil Podolski, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
