Sebastian Huchro started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Wroników booed when Górnik Zabrze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wieslaw Gniewek didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Sebastian Huchro notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Górnik Zabrze's Tadeusz Barna. Tadeusz Barna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lech Dec's late challenge caught a Górnik Zabrze's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lech Dec helped the player get up and apologised. Lech Dec hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Tadeusz Barna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Huchro in the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislaw Jestrimski in the 14th minute of play forced Górnik Zabrze's goalkeeper Tadeusz Barna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute Sebastian Huchro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeusz Barna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Sebastian Huchro came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Wroników fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Huchro couldn't finish the play. Sebastian Huchro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Górnik Zabrze's Tadeusz Barna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Huchro in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Górnik Zabrze's goal looked a bit too open when Stanislaw Jestrimski came free, but Tadeusz Barna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Sebastian Huchro came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Wroników fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Huchro couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Huchro in the 29th minute of play forced Górnik Zabrze's goalkeeper Tadeusz Barna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Wieslaw Gniewek fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Górnik Zabrze's protests and gave Wieslaw Gniewek a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Górnik Zabrze getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Wieslaw Gniewek hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Stanislaw Jestrimski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wroników's supporters rose to their feet, but Stanislaw Jestrimski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tadeusz Barna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislaw Jestrimski in the 34th minute of play forced Górnik Zabrze's goalkeeper Tadeusz Barna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Wladyslaw Lanczak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Górnik Zabrze's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wroników the free kick. Wladyslaw Lanczak kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. When Sebastian Huchro came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Wroników fans jumped to their feet. In the 46th minute, Wieslaw Gniewek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stanislaw Jestrimski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Tadeusz Barna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Tadeusz Barna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Huchro in the 53rd minute of the match. Stanislaw Jestrimski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Wroników's zone, Wieslaw Gniewek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerzy Kolacki came out of the goal and Wieslaw Gniewek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tadeusz Barna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wawrzyniec Mikulski in the 65th minute. Wroników's Jerzy Kolacki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wieslaw Gniewek in the 66th minute of play. In the 77thth minute of the game Sebastian Huchro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Górnik Zabrze's Tadeusz Barna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Sebastian Huchro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Wroników's Sebastian Huchro in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Górnik Zabrze's goalie prevented a goal. Tadeusz Barna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stanislaw Jestrimski in the 83rd minute. Tadeusz Barna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Huchro in the 84th minute of the match. Sebastian Huchro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeusz Barna having to interfere. When the match was over Wroników could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Górnik Zabrze throughout the match.
