In the 61st minute, Michal Tokarczyk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Kazimierz Miecznikowski fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc Tyrant's protests and gave Kazimierz Miecznikowski a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fc Tyrant getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. After having played for 97 minutes, Barnaba Sochacki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kuriany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Barnaba Sochacki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kuriany's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
