After a defensive mix-up in Korablew's zone, Wojciech Swoboda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norbert Wojton came out of the goal and Wojciech Swoboda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 44 played minutes Bystrzanowice got a freekick which was hit by Wojciech Swoboda. Czeslaw Mazierski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Norbert Wojton didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 57th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Bernard Iwaszko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Lucjan Skaradoski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Wojciech Swoboda came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Bystrzanowice fans jumped to their feet. Korablew's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bystrzanowice the free kick. After 94 played minutes Bystrzanowice got a freekick which was hit by Dawid Zbydniowski. Zbyszko Plucinik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
