After 3 minutes of play, Janinów SSA's Mateusz Dembkowski made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juliusz Zdrojowy was left in no man's land by his defense there! Janinów SSA's Teofil Poteralski got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juliusz Zdrojowy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateusz Dembkowski in the 15th minute of play. Teofil Poteralski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Juliusz Zdrojowy having to make a save. The supporters of Janinów SSA booed when Byszow SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michal Glapiak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juliusz Zdrojowy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofil Poteralski in the 20th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Byszow SSA's Sebastian Puchlik got a free kick in the 24th minute. Juliusz Zdrojowy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofil Poteralski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 28 played minutes Byszow SSA got a freekick which was hit by Bartosz Wykowski. Wincent Grabowicz hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Leonard Gendolla was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 36th minute. Byszow SSA's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With his leg Radomil Terasek managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Byszow SSA's Zbyszek Gniewek fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Zbyszek Gniewek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomil Terasek having to interfere. Teofil Poteralski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Juliusz Zdrojowy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Boruc Bakes's late challenge caught a Janinów SSA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. If Mateusz Dembkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the match, Byszow SSA's goalkeeper Juliusz Zdrojowy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teofil Poteralski. In the 67th minute Mateusz Dembkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juliusz Zdrojowy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 68 played minutes Byszow SSA got a freekick which was hit by Michal Glapiak. Mateusz Dembkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Radomil Terasek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zbyszek Gniewek went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After 77 minutes, Ziemowit Lemiesz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Byszow SSA and the Janinów SSA players grew even worse after the yellow card.
