In the 35th minute Teofil Budzyn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszek Ryback saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zbyszek Ryback made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofil Budzyn in the 38th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Teofil Budzyn cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Zbyszek Ryback was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 46 minutes into the match, Dresiarze i złodzieje's goal looked a bit too open when Teofil Budzyn came free, but Zbyszek Ryback reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Zbyszek Ryback took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tymoteusz Solibieda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Tymoteusz Solibieda took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Zbyszek Ryback to make any attempt to save it. Teofil Budzyn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Zbyszek Ryback made a huge save. The referee ignored Wery SA's protests and gave Teofil Budzyn a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th match minute, Wery SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofil Budzyn to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Wieslaw Sokolski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dresiarze i złodzieje's supporters rose to their feet, but Wieslaw Sokolski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zenon Kostrzewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
