If Ignacy Tepper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jurand Dulemba struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Wojciech Bojanowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pogorzelica. RealMadryt's Wojciech Bojanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witomir Drebit in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, RealMadryt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofil Jerzyk to maneuver through the defense. Leon Dulka hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the game, Teofil Jerzyk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RealMadryt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pogorzelica the free kick. In the 32nd match minute, RealMadryt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofil Jerzyk to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jurand Dulemba in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wojciech Bojanowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leon Dulka charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leon Dulka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Boguslaw Drebit made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Boguslaw Drebit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Makarewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. RealMadryt's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Jurand Dulemba scored to the left of an out of position Wojciech Bojanowski, making the score, 0-1. Ignacy Tepper blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabian Makarewicz having to make a save. Fabian Makarewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacy Tepper in the 64th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Boguslaw Drebit had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabian Makarewicz. Pogorzelica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Boguslaw Drebit was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Ignacy Tepper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Fabian Makarewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boguslaw Drebit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute Ignacy Tepper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Makarewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. RealMadryt's supporters rose to their feet, but Boguslaw Drebit was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabian Makarewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Michal Warka's late challenge caught a RealMadryt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Michal Warka helped the player get up and apologised. After 91 played minutes Pogorzelica got a freekick which was hit by Michal Warka. 93 minutes into the game, Jurand Dulemba was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
