Edward Wojton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jakub Raszkiewicz having to interfere. 4 minutes into the game, Julian Miecznikowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PSV Nowy Sacz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pogon Szczecin the free kick. Julian Miecznikowski hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Edward Wojton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Jakub Raszkiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. PSV Nowy Sacz's Miroslaw Kazanowski got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maksymilian Ziombkowski didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 12th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Antoni Koczara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the match, Pogon Szczecin's goalkeeper Maksymilian Ziombkowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miroslaw Kazanowski. In the 31st minute, Antoni Koczara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of PSV Nowy Sacz booed when Pogon Szczecin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Czeslaw Ciupierdo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antoni Koczara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Czeslaw Ciupierdo hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Maksymilian Ziombkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miroslaw Kazanowski in the 39th minute. After a rather tough play, Pogon Szczecin's Czeslaw Ciupierdo got a free kick in the 40th minute. After having played for 42 minutes, Antoni Koczara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PSV Nowy Sacz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antoni Koczara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pogon Szczecin's Maksymilian Ziombkowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Pogon Szczecin from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Boleslaw Piglowski made a kick off. Julian Miecznikowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 54 minutes into the match, PSV Nowy Sacz's Antoni Koczara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maksymilian Ziombkowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Miroslaw Kazanowski made a precise shot to the right of Maksymilian Ziombkowski. Pogon Szczecin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miroslaw Kazanowski in the 59th minute of play forced Pogon Szczecin's goalkeeper Maksymilian Ziombkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maksymilian Ziombkowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miroslaw Kazanowski's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. In the 64th minute, Antoni Koczara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maksymilian Ziombkowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antoni Koczara in the 72nd minute of play forced Pogon Szczecin's goalkeeper Maksymilian Ziombkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When PSV Nowy Sacz's Miroslaw Kazanowski in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pogon Szczecin's goalie prevented a goal. If Antoni Koczara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 79 played minutes Pogon Szczecin got a freekick which was hit by Czeslaw Ciupierdo. Maksymilian Ziombkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miroslaw Kazanowski in the 80th minute of play. Antoni Koczara took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maksymilian Ziombkowski. Maksymilian Ziombkowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miroslaw Kazanowski in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maksymilian Ziombkowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Miroslaw Kazanowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. PSV Nowy Sacz's supporters rose to their feet, but Miroslaw Kazanowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maksymilian Ziombkowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92ndth minute of the game Antoni Koczara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pogon Szczecin's Maksymilian Ziombkowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Miroslaw Kazanowski came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the PSV Nowy Sacz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miroslaw Kazanowski couldn't finish the play.
