The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Cezary Moryl was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rohan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sprottau the free kick. Filip Giec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Slawomir Obuchowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wojciech Ruzicki during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Rohan's Wojciech Ruzicki got a free kick in the 9th minute. Filip Giec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pawel Grabski in the 11th minute of play. Wojciech Przybylo hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. When Pawel Grabski came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Sprottau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pawel Grabski couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute Wojciech Przybylo suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. When Cyryl Rasiak fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sprottau's protests and gave Cyryl Rasiak a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sprottau getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Cyryl Rasiak hit a great ball. Tolek Moryl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wojciech Ruzicki's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Sprottau's Pawel Grabski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filip Giec narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Slawomir Obuchowicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Filip Giec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aleksander Dunajski hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Pawel Grabski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Rohan defense, Stanislaw Andrysiak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filip Giec. The Rohan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filip Giec should have stopped the shot. Pawel Grabski took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filip Giec. Filip Giec dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stanislaw Andrysiak to strike the kick off in the second half. Sprottau's Cyryl Rasiak got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stanislaw Andrysiak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Filip Giec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filip Giec stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stanislaw Andrysiak's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislaw Andrysiak in the 75th minute of play forced Rohan's goalkeeper Filip Giec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute, one of Rohan:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rohan. When the match had been going on for 78 minutes, Sprottau's Wincent Dropinski got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Filip Giec. Filip Giec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanislaw Andrysiak in the 82nd minute of the match. After having played for 83 minutes, Wojciech Ruzicki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rohan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wojciech Ruzicki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dobromir Drab charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dobromir Drab the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes Rohan got a freekick which was hit by Dobromir Drab. 88 minutes into the match, Sprottau's Wincent Dropinski broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 90th minute, Stanislaw Andrysiak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stanislaw Andrysiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Rohan's zone, Pawel Grabski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filip Giec came out of the goal and Pawel Grabski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Stanislaw Andrysiak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Filip Giec. That made the score 0-4 in the 98 minute of play. Sprottau's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
