Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edward Dombroski started the match with the kick off. The attack was good, but when Edward Dombroski in the 4th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobiasz Kapera in the 9th minute of play forced Cietusza's goalkeeper Eugeniusz Sienkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 11 minutes, Edward Dombroski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jonnik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edward Dombroski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobiasz Kapera in the 16th minute of play forced Cietusza's goalkeeper Eugeniusz Sienkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Edward Dombroski notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Cietusza's Eugeniusz Sienkowski. Eugeniusz Sienkowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zbigniew Leper kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Jonnik's Beniamin Barciniak got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After a rather tough play, Cietusza's Juliusz Teofila got a free kick in the 30th minute. Edward Dombroski's late challenge caught a Cietusza's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edward Dombroski helped the player get up and apologised. After 33 minutes of play, Jonnik's Edward Dombroski made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eugeniusz Sienkowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tobiasz Kapera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugeniusz Sienkowski having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Boleslaw Absolwent made a kick off. Eugeniusz Sienkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Dombroski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Roman Poniewaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Jonnik's goal looked a bit too open when Boleslaw Absolwent came free, but Jedrzej Gerlach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boleslaw Absolwent fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jedrzej Gerlach having to interfere. Tobiasz Kapera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Eugeniusz Sienkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jonnik's goalkeeper Jedrzej Gerlach, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 78 minutes into the game, Edward Dombroski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eugeniusz Sienkowski. Edward Dombroski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Boleslaw Absolwent managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cietusza's supporters rose to their feet, but Boleslaw Absolwent was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jedrzej Gerlach breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tobiasz Kapera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Eugeniusz Sienkowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Juliusz Teofila charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juliusz Teofila the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 86 played minutes Cietusza got a freekick which was hit by Juliusz Teofila. Cietusza's Eugeniusz Sienkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Dombroski in the 92nd minute of play. Eugeniusz Sienkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Dombroski, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Cietusza's zone, Edward Dombroski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugeniusz Sienkowski came out of the goal and Edward Dombroski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Jonnik walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
