The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Lech Rutecki reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pawel Scigan. The goal made the score 1-0. Lech Rutecki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lech Rutecki came free with the goalkeeper in the 20th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pawel Scigan could save by the left post. Lech Rutecki struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Pawel Scigan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bagensken SA. 26 minutes into the game, Bagensken SA's Lech Rutecki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pawel Scigan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Miroslaw Dankowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tanek Mierzejewski hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. A collision led to Bagensken SA getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Miroslaw Dankowski hit a great ball. In the 39th minute, Miroslaw Dankowski made a precise shot to the right of Pawel Scigan. Augustwalde SSA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Hugon Ruzicki might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pawel Scigan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hugon Ruzicki ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Bagensken SA booed when Augustwalde SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wladyslaw Lamczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cyryl Zbydniowski kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After having played for 47 minutes, Witold Malewicki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bagensken SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Witold Malewicki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Hugon Ruzicki made the kick off in the second half. If Miroslaw Dankowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wasyl Iwanowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boruc Winszman having to interfere. Augustwalde SSA's Pawel Scigan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miroslaw Dankowski in the 57th minute of play. Pawel Scigan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miroslaw Dankowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, Bagensken SA's Wlodzimierz Plachetka sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pawel Scigan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 65th match minute, Augustwalde SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Smuskiewicz to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Bagensken SA's Witold Malewicki tried to score from far away in the 66th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Augustwalde SSA's goalkeeper Pawel Scigan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Miroslaw Dankowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pawel Scigan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miroslaw Dankowski ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 71st minute, Lech Rutecki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bagensken SA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Hugon Ruzicki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Pawel Scigan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lech Rutecki in the 87th minute of play. Pawel Scigan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Witold Malewicki went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. 94 minutes into the match, Lech Rutecki notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Augustwalde SSA's Pawel Scigan. Pawel Scigan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
