In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brain Dead Familia's goalkeeper Fryderyk Jastrowicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wit Kempka who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Miroslaw Bondel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Tymoteusz Kinic took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Miroslaw Bondel to make any attempt to save it. 23 minutes into the match, Tarnów City's goal looked a bit too open when Tymoteusz Kinic came free, but Miroslaw Bondel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tymoteusz Kinic came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Brain Dead Familia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tymoteusz Kinic couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roch Lato in the 27th minute of play forced Brain Dead Familia's goalkeeper Fryderyk Jastrowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miroslaw Bondel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tymoteusz Kinic's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tymoteusz Kinic in the 31st minute of play forced Tarnów City's goalkeeper Miroslaw Bondel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Napoleon Soliwoda kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roch Lato in the 35th minute of play forced Brain Dead Familia's goalkeeper Fryderyk Jastrowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Aleksander Slazak fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brain Dead Familia's protests and gave Aleksander Slazak a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Brain Dead Familia getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. The referee ignored Tarnów City's protests and gave Napoleon Soliwoda a yellow card for diving instead. Roch Lato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fryderyk Jastrowicz having to interfere. Tarnów City's Napoleon Soliwoda got his second yellow card of the match in the 44th minute. The referee ordered Napoleon Soliwoda off the ground. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roch Lato was the one to do the kick off. Roch Lato could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Fryderyk Jastrowicz made a huge save. A collision led to Brain Dead Familia getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Aleksander Slazak hit a great ball. The supporters of Brain Dead Familia booed when Tarnów City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gwidon Trynda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tymoteusz Kinic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Miroslaw Bondel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 80 played minutes Tarnów City got a freekick which was hit by Aleksander Czapski. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tymoteusz Kinic in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miroslaw Bondel saved Tarnów City from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Tarnów City's Wincent Bury got a free kick in the 85th minute. After 87 minutes, Aleksander Czapski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tarnów City and the Brain Dead Familia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 87 played minutes Tarnów City got a freekick which was hit by Aleksander Czapski. Miroslaw Bondel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tymoteusz Kinic in the 94th minute of play. After having played for 96 minutes, Roch Lato managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tarnów City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roch Lato was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Brain Dead Familia had won after a very even match.
