Orzeł Północy's Teobald Giejda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaroslaw Wiater in the 9th minute of play. Kryspin Jandryca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klement Dzierwa having to interfere. Boleslaw Molski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jaroslaw Wiater recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32nd minute, Jaroslaw Wiater reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Teobald Giejda. The goal made the score 2-1. Klement Dzierwa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kryspin Jandryca in the 37th minute of play. Kryspin Jandryca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Hieronim Bakes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Śląsk 1947 Wrocław's supporters rose to their feet, but Hieronim Bakes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teobald Giejda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Śląsk 1947 Wrocław's zone, Kryspin Jandryca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teobald Giejda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaroslaw Wiater, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. With a little luck, Śląsk 1947 Wrocław's Klement Dzierwa got control of the ball when Kryspin Jandryca tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jaroslaw Wiater during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 97 minutes of play, Śląsk 1947 Wrocław's Jaroslaw Wiater made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teobald Giejda was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
