An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofil Skrzypek in the 40th minute of play forced AJK's goalkeeper Fabian Kosmatka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Borownice's zone, Marek Gregorczyk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Walery Tuliszewski came out of the goal and Marek Gregorczyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabian Kosmatka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofil Skrzypek in the 46th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iwan Jarosz to strike the kick off in the second half. Marek Gregorczyk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Walery Tuliszewski having to make a save. Marek Gregorczyk scored 1-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Walery Tuliszewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 58 minutes into the match, Borownice's goal looked a bit too open when Iwan Jarosz came free, but Walery Tuliszewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, AJK's goal looked a bit too open when Ulryk Tobaczewski came free, but Fabian Kosmatka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulryk Tobaczewski couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iwan Jarosz in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walery Tuliszewski saved Borownice from getting behind. Ulryk Tobaczewski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabian Kosmatka having to make a save. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
