Eugeniusz Mierzejewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mefju Team. Szczepan Sebzda charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Szczepan Sebzda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 9 minutes into the match, Mefju Team's goal looked a bit too open when Pawel Redisz came free, but Andrzej Hodyl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 9 played minutes Mefju Team got a freekick which was hit by Marek Rasialdo. If Ludomir Debowy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. Mefju Team's Konrad Wasikowski got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 32 minutes into the game, Mefju Team's Konrad Wasikowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eugeniusz Mierzejewski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Eugeniusz Mierzejewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbyszko Mentus in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of Mefju Team booed when GALICJA KRAKOW was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariusz Klawki didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute Ludomir Debowy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrzej Hodyl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marek Rasialdo's late challenge caught a GALICJA KRAKOW's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marek Rasialdo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 58th match minute, Mefju Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marek Rasialdo to maneuver through the defense. GALICJA KRAKOW's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pawel Redisz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 79 played minutes GALICJA KRAKOW got a freekick which was hit by Antoni Domala. 89 minutes into the match, Zbyszko Mentus notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of GALICJA KRAKOW's Eugeniusz Mierzejewski. Eugeniusz Mierzejewski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. GALICJA KRAKOW's Eugeniusz Mierzejewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konrad Wasikowski in the 97th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Mefju Team fans cheered their team off the field, for while GALICJA KRAKOW had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
