Tadeusz Popowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Galeria Poznań's Leonard Jaraczewski got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 34 minutes GKS Piast's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Beniamin Domala who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Galeria Poznań's Beniamin Domala to fire away a dangerous shot which Konstanty Topolski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Jakub Kalinowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Galeria Poznań's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jakub Kalinowski 40 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. If Zygmunt Przybyciel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Galeria Poznań's goalkeeper Mikolaj Petrasz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zygmunt Przybyciel. The crowd rose to their feet as Jakub Kalinowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mikolaj Petrasz. That made the score 3-0 in the 46 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Leonard Jaraczewski made the kick off in the second half. Jakub Kalinowski struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Mikolaj Petrasz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GKS Piast. Mikolaj Petrasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakub Kalinowski in the 57th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in GKS Piast's zone, Tadeusz Popowicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Konstanty Topolski came out of the goal and Tadeusz Popowicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Jakub Kalinowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. GKS Piast's supporters rose to their feet, but Jakub Kalinowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mikolaj Petrasz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mikolaj Petrasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakub Kalinowski in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zygmunt Przybyciel in the 73rd minute of play forced Galeria Poznań's goalkeeper Mikolaj Petrasz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mikolaj Petrasz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pankracy Opat in the 74th minute of play. Jakub Kalinowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikolaj Petrasz having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Jakub Kalinowski made a precise shot to the right of Mikolaj Petrasz. Galeria Poznań's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. 88 minutes in the game Tadeusz Popowicz after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Konstanty Topolski. A very good opportunity. 91 minutes into the match, Zygmunt Przybyciel notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Galeria Poznań's Mikolaj Petrasz.
