With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bartlomiej Bykowski in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gwidon Maciejewski saved GKS Devils Katowice from getting behind. When Gwidon Karanowski fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GKS Devils Katowice's protests and gave Gwidon Karanowski a yellow card for diving instead. Gwidon Karanowski kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Roman Rawa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roman Rawa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roman Rawa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Gwidon Maciejewski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Roman Rawa took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gwidon Maciejewski to make any attempt to save it. In the 39th match minute, GKS Devils Katowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignacy Sanocki to maneuver through the defense. GKS Devils Katowice's Gwidon Maciejewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save GKS Devils Katowice from getting a goal against them. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

GKS Devils Katowice's Gwidon Maciejewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartlomiej Bykowski in the 52nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Bartlomiej Bykowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gwidon Maciejewski was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Gustaw Czech could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Stanislaw Poniewaz made a huge save.
