The referee ignored Husaria Poznań's protests and gave Kazimierz Kinic a yellow card for diving instead. Kazimierz Kinic kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. GKS Devils Katowice's Ignacy Sanocki couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 14th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Husaria Poznań. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Sebastian Lenertej sped through GKS Devils Katowice's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gwidon Maciejewski. Husaria Poznań's Kazimierz Kinic got his second yellow card of the match in the 20th minute. The referee ordered Kazimierz Kinic off the ground. GKS Devils Katowice's Ignacy Sanocki couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Husaria Poznań. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Husaria Poznań's goalkeeper Radoslaw Borcz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. GKS Devils Katowice's Gwidon Maciejewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Wozniak in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Eugeniusz Rode hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustaw Czech might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Radoslaw Borcz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gustaw Czech ran back to his position shaking his head. Gwidon Karanowski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Radoslaw Borcz came out and tried to block the shot, but Gwidon Karanowski slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 38th minute. GKS Devils Katowice's Gwidon Maciejewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Wozniak in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Gustaw Czech notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Husaria Poznań's Radoslaw Borcz. Radoslaw Borcz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfred Wozniak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to GKS Devils Katowice getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ignacy Sanocki hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, Husaria Poznań's goal looked a bit too open when Gwidon Karanowski came free, but Radoslaw Borcz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfred Wozniak took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gwidon Maciejewski. Gwidon Maciejewski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Alfred Wozniak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Gwidon Maciejewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 74th minute of the match Roch Rukszcz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Roch Rukszcz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. When Wawrzyniec Gecionis fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Husaria Poznań's protests and gave Wawrzyniec Gecionis a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of GKS Devils Katowice booed when Husaria Poznań was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wawrzyniec Gecionis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute, Gustaw Czech got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iwan Ruszkowski's late challenge caught a GKS Devils Katowice's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iwan Ruszkowski helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Husaria Poznań's Iwan Ruszkowski got a free kick in the 84th minute. Wawrzyniec Gecionis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in GKS Devils Katowice's zone, Alfred Wozniak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gwidon Maciejewski came out of the goal and Alfred Wozniak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wawrzyniec Gecionis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Husaria Poznań's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
