Grzegorz Badanowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jakub Januszewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Radomil Dombroski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wieslaw Beninda having to interfere. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rakieta Kurdwanów's goalkeeper Wieslaw Beninda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 8 played minutes Rakieta Kurdwanów got a freekick which was hit by Grzegorz Badanowski. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rem Blonk in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wieslaw Beninda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 15 played minutes Rakieta Kurdwanów got a freekick which was hit by Grzegorz Badanowski. After a rather tough play, KATOWICE GKS's Edgar Kosmatka got a free kick in the 17th minute. With a little luck, Rakieta Kurdwanów's Wieslaw Beninda got control of the ball when Jakub Januszewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wieslaw Beninda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jakub Januszewski in the 21st minute. The wind increased when Dominik Walaszkiewicz made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to KATOWICE GKS getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Norbert Poniewaz hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Rakieta Kurdwanów defense, Rem Blonk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wieslaw Beninda. The Rakieta Kurdwanów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wieslaw Beninda should have stopped the shot. Wieslaw Beninda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakub Januszewski in the 83rd minute of the match. Rem Blonk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
