A collision led to Równia SSA getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Kajetan Ryback hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Równia SSA's zone, Tadeusz Zerde stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugon Czerniejewski came out of the goal and Tadeusz Zerde tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 11 played minutes Równia SSA got a freekick which was hit by Andrzej Brak. Równia SSA's Hugon Czerniejewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeusz Zerde in the 14th minute of play. Zbyszko Wisniewski let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 14th minute shot 2-0 at rihgt post. Zbyszko Wisniewski in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hugon Czerniejewski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Równia SSA's Hugon Czerniejewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeusz Zerde in the 19th minute of play. Szymon Arnista kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Tadeusz Zerde struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Hugon Czerniejewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RTS Widzew Łódź. In the 34th minute, Tadeusz Zerde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zachariasz Paraszczuk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Szymon Arnista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Szymon Arnista's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zachariasz Paraszczuk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Zbyszko Wisniewski did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Hugon Czerniejewski 40 minutes into the match. Tadeusz Zerde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zbyszko Wisniewski to make the kick off. Feliks Ankiewicz's late challenge caught a RTS Widzew Łódź's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliks Ankiewicz helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliks Ankiewicz in the 68th minute of play forced RTS Widzew Łódź's goalkeeper Zachariasz Paraszczuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Stefan Serwach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zachariasz Paraszczuk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliks Ankiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Szymon Arnista got free with Zachariasz Paraszczuk in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 79 minutes, Tadeusz Zerde managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RTS Widzew Łódź's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeusz Zerde was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zbyszko Wisniewski in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugon Czerniejewski saved Równia SSA from getting behind. Hugon Czerniejewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbyszko Wisniewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 84th match minute, RTS Widzew Łódź was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cyprian Lenertej to maneuver through the defense. Równia SSA's Szymon Arnista got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Szymon Arnista came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Równia SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Szymon Arnista couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliks Ankiewicz in the 92nd minute of play forced RTS Widzew Łódź's goalkeeper Zachariasz Paraszczuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Równia SSA booed when RTS Widzew Łódź was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boruc Kluczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that RTS Widzew Łódź were the better team. RTS Widzew Łódź's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
