When the match had been going on for 24 minutes, Sobolice SSA's Kazimierz Oryl got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Iwan Krzynowek. If Wincent Oryl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Krzysztof Siedlecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walery Turok in the 28th minute of play. Gilbert Siekierski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iwan Krzynowek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Walery Turok in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Krzysztof Siedlecki saved Sobolice SSA from getting behind. When Walery Turok came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Herrndorf SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walery Turok couldn't finish the play. Krzysztof Siedlecki came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Herrndorf SA's Boruc Klejnowski. But to his dismay, Boruc Klejnowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gilbert Siekierski to strike the kick off in the second half. Walery Turok's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Krzysztof Siedlecki skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Iwan Krzynowek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wincent Oryl, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Sobolice SSA's Krzysztof Siedlecki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Sobolice SSA from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Sobolice SSA's Krzysztof Siedlecki got control of the ball when Walery Turok tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sobolice SSA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Herrndorf SA the free kick. If Walery Turok had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Boruc Klejnowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Herrndorf SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Boruc Klejnowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Krzysztof Siedlecki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
