If Kazimierz Kochowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olgierd Pankiewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jakub Odachowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Mazierski in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Mazierski in the 15th minute of play forced Chotelek's goalkeeper Jakub Odachowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jakub Odachowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Jerzyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Wieczysta Krakow booed when Chotelek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikolaj Jaszyna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jakub Odachowski came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Wieczysta Krakow's Marian Mazierski. But to his dismay, Marian Mazierski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Wieczysta Krakow booed when Chotelek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mieszko Bielejewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olgierd Pankiewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Chotelek's zone, Marian Mazierski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jakub Odachowski came out of the goal and Marian Mazierski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Wieczysta Krakow getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Marian Mazierski hit a great ball. Olgierd Pankiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jakub Odachowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The supporters of Wieczysta Krakow booed when Chotelek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kajetan Rasimowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wieczysta Krakow's Hieronim Fudalej played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kazimierz Kochowski in the 60th minute of play. Hieronim Fudalej made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kazimierz Kochowski in the 65th minute of play. The supporters of Chotelek booed when Wieczysta Krakow was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Jerzyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Slawomir Dankowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Kazimierz Kochowski came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Chotelek fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kazimierz Kochowski couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Marian Mazierski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jakub Odachowski was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Wieczysta Krakow's zone, Kazimierz Kochowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hieronim Fudalej came out of the goal and Kazimierz Kochowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Wieczysta Krakow supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Wieczysta Krakow would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
