Wiktor Wrzosek showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 7 minutes into the match, Majeczka's Wiktor Wrzosek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Igor Rawa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Igor Rawa was a little too slow when Zenon Smolarek got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 8th minute. The score was now 2-0. Teofil Kaznocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Piotr Banan having to interfere. Wiktor Wrzosek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Rawa having to interfere. Zenon Smolarek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34thth minute of the game Zenon Smolarek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Polonia Łaziska's Igor Rawa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Polonia Łaziska's goal looked a bit too open when Zenon Smolarek came free, but Igor Rawa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Polonia Łaziska's goal looked a bit too open when Marek Kosowski came free, but Igor Rawa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Igor Rawa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zenon Smolarek in the 42nd minute of play.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Zenon Smolarek in the 63rd minute of play forced Polonia Łaziska's goalkeeper Igor Rawa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zenon Smolarek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Igor Rawa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Polonia Łaziska's Igor Rawa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zenon Smolarek in the 65th minute of play. When Teofil Kaznocha fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Polonia Łaziska's protests and gave Teofil Kaznocha a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Polonia Łaziska's Teofil Kaznocha got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 70th match minute, Polonia Łaziska was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Gmoch to maneuver through the defense. Polonia Łaziska's Igor Rawa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zenon Smolarek in the 72nd minute of play. If Teofil Kaznocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute Wiktor Wrzosek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Rawa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wiktor Wrzosek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Igor Rawa having to make a save. After having played for 88 minutes, Wiktor Wrzosek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Majeczka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wiktor Wrzosek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Zenon Smolarek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 91 minutes into the match, Majeczka's Zenon Smolarek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Igor Rawa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Polonia Łaziska's Igor Rawa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zenon Smolarek in the 94th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Majeczka players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
