Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edgar Gorzkiewicz started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, GKS Górnik Łęczna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Zawadzki to maneuver through the defense. Fc Staszica's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Remigiusz Kilarski in the 5th minute. After taking down the ball on Fc Staszica's corner Remigiusz Kilarski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dawid Penc quite easily take care of the ball. If Jaroslaw Rzeszutko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th minute of the match Walery Ochabski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Borys Golota showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jaroslaw Rzeszutko took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Borys Golota. Borys Golota dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Dawid Penc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Gorzkiewicz in the 19th minute of play. A hard shot 22 in the game by Iwo Wiatrak from a close distance when the talented Dawid Penc managed to make a qualified save. GKS Górnik Łęczna's players were relieved. GKS Górnik Łęczna's Dawid Penc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Gorzkiewicz in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to GKS Górnik Łęczna getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Walery Ochabski hit a great ball. Remigiusz Kilarski came free in the 28th minute and tried to tip the ball over Dawid Penc, but to the joy of GKS Górnik Łęczna's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. If Jaroslaw Rzeszutko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dawid Penc made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Iwo Wiatrak sent off a good shot on target. GKS Górnik Łęczna's Dawid Penc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Gorzkiewicz in the 43rd minute of play. Wincenty Jakubiak charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wincenty Jakubiak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wincenty Jakubiak kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. GKS Górnik Łęczna's Dawid Penc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Gorzkiewicz in the 45th minute of play. A hard shot 46 in the game by Iwo Wiatrak from a close distance when the talented Dawid Penc managed to make a qualified save. GKS Górnik Łęczna's players were relieved. The audience was convinced that Edgar Gorzkiewicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dawid Penc was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lukasz Olejarz to make the kick off. Fc Staszica's Borys Golota proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Fc Staszica from getting a goal against them. In the 53rd minute, one of GKS Górnik Łęczna:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for GKS Górnik Łęczna. Remigiusz Kilarski shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Dawid Penc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Gorzkiewicz in the 59th minute of play. Dawid Penc stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iwo Wiatrak's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. 64 minutes into the game, Julian Sochacki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GKS Górnik Łęczna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fc Staszica the free kick. After 64 played minutes GKS Górnik Łęczna got a freekick which was hit by Julian Sochacki. 67 minutes into the match, GKS Górnik Łęczna's goal looked a bit too open when Iwo Wiatrak came free, but Dawid Penc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radoslaw Trojanowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Iwo Wiatrak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fc Staszica's supporters rose to their feet, but Iwo Wiatrak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dawid Penc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lukasz Olejarz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Borys Golota tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89thth minute of the game Iwo Wiatrak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GKS Górnik Łęczna's Dawid Penc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wincenty Jakubiak was shown his second yellow card after 90 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 91 played minutes GKS Górnik Łęczna got a freekick which was hit by Wincenty Jakubiak. Edgar Gorzkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dawid Penc having to interfere. In the 99th minute, Edgar Gorzkiewicz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fc Staszica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The GKS Górnik Łęczna players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Fc Staszica from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
