Sprzęgło Cerekwica C.F. were furious when Marian Banaszak was red carded, 13 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 12th minute of the game. One of Sprzęgło Cerekwica C.F.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Muminki:s goal. Sprzęgło Cerekwica C.F.:s Kryspin Jarosiewicz showed great skill when he stopped Michal Barycz:s penalty. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sprzęgło Cerekwica C.F.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Michal Barycz was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Muminki's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Sprzęgło Cerekwica C.F.'s goalie and right to Piotr Zagrobelny. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Sprzęgło Cerekwica C.F.'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 18 minutes into the game, Adam Purzycki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Muminki's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sprzęgło Cerekwica C.F. the free kick. The supporters of Sprzęgło Cerekwica C.F. booed when FC Muminki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Purzycki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wincent Skwira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Izydor Borcz in the 19th minute of play. Kryspin Jarosiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piotr Zagrobelny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stefan Gotfryd was extremely unlucky when he, in the 34th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 45th minute, Piotr Zagrobelny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After 54 minutes of play, FC Muminki's Stefan Gotfryd made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kryspin Jarosiewicz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 60th minute of the match Michal Barycz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kryspin Jarosiewicz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Karol Mietus kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. FC Muminki's Michal Barycz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 68th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sprzęgło Cerekwica C.F.. Izydor Borcz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stefan Gotfryd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Kryspin Jarosiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Piotr Zagrobelny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 83 minutes, Zygmunt Adamowicz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Muminki and the Sprzęgło Cerekwica C.F. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Piotr Zagrobelny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sprzęgło Cerekwica C.F.'s goalkeeper Kryspin Jarosiewicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the FC Muminki players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
