After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Jerzy Bugno managed to get in a good position for a shot. SOHO TEAM's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerzy Bugno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edmund Tomporowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in SOHO TEAM's zone, Teofil Poteralski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dobromir Makomaski came out of the goal and Teofil Poteralski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Babice's Edward Ciupierdo got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Ciupierdo in the 13th minute of play forced SOHO TEAM's goalkeeper Dobromir Makomaski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Babice's Edward Ciupierdo got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edward Ciupierdo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dobromir Makomaski having to make a save. Dobromir Makomaski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofil Poteralski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 23 minutes of play, Babice's Edward Ciupierdo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dobromir Makomaski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fryderyk Gmoch kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Teofil Poteralski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dobromir Makomaski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Teofil Poteralski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dobromir Makomaski having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edward Ciupierdo in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dobromir Makomaski saved SOHO TEAM from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eugeniusz Marek during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 40 played minutes SOHO TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Eugeniusz Marek. The supporters of SOHO TEAM booed when Babice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radomil Zajonc didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Jerzy Bugno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edmund Tomporowski. Babice's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jerzy Bugno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zdzislaw Chazen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Jerzy Bugno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edward Ciupierdo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dobromir Makomaski having to interfere. Teofil Poteralski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dobromir Makomaski having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Teofil Poteralski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dobromir Makomaski. The goal made the score 1-2. Edward Ciupierdo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Janusz Kajder's late challenge caught a Babice's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Janusz Kajder helped the player get up and apologised. Janusz Kajder hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute Teofil Poteralski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dobromir Makomaski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teofil Poteralski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Dobromir Makomaski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Teofil Poteralski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 92nd play minutes Teofil Poteralski shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Dobromir Makomaski and just under the crossbar into goal. 98 minutes into the match, SOHO TEAM's goalkeeper Dobromir Makomaski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Ciupierdo. When the final whistle sounded Babice left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SOHO TEAM.
