An unexpectedly hard shot by Olgierd Gozdowski in the 3rd minute of play forced Metalurg 2022 Nowa Huta's goalkeeper Miromir Falkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 4 played minutes Metalurg 2022 Nowa Huta got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Gleba. The supporters of Metalurg 2022 Nowa Huta booed when FC Guardian was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roland Birkenhagen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marek Gdowski's shot from long distance in the 10th minute was not bad at all, but Metalurg 2022 Nowa Huta's Miromir Falkiewicz knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. After a rather tough play, Metalurg 2022 Nowa Huta's Slawomir Makomaski got a free kick in the 11th minute. After recieving a nice pass, FC Guardian's Marek Gdowski tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 13th minute Roland Birkenhagen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miromir Falkiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Guardian's goalkeeper Stanislaw Nikodemski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of FC Guardian booed when Metalurg 2022 Nowa Huta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacy Solibieda didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 28 played minutes FC Guardian got a freekick which was hit by Izydor Rosiewicz. Miromir Falkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mieszko Pisarczyk in the 30th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Mieszko Pisarczyk took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Miromir Falkiewicz to make any attempt to save it. Ignacy Solibieda kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Kacper Mleczewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stanislaw Nikodemski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kacper Mleczewski in the 48th minute of play.

In the 52nd minute, one of Metalurg 2022 Nowa Huta:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Metalurg 2022 Nowa Huta. Miromir Falkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mieszko Pisarczyk in the 61st minute of play. Metalurg 2022 Nowa Huta's Eugeniusz Debowy got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Mieszko Pisarczyk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Guardian fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 84th minute, Mateusz Balkiewicz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Miromir Falkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roland Birkenhagen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Guardian's Stanislaw Nikodemski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save FC Guardian from getting a goal against them. After 92 minutes FC Guardian's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Przemyslaw Pietrowicz who took care of the corner kick. FC Guardian were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Metalurg 2022 Nowa Huta for a fine match.
