To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patryk Kornecki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Klement Cerocki's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute, Slawomir Malewicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 0-1 became the score in the 13th minute when Klement Cerocki elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Rafal Rasialdo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Slawomir Malewicki took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patryk Kornecki. Patryk Kornecki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 22 played minutes, Horyniecka's Tytus Skikiewicz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Patryk Kornecki came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Horyniecka reached it. After 26 played minutes Horyniecka got a freekick which was hit by Milosz Urban. Rafal Rasialdo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patryk Kornecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafal Rasialdo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Klement Cerocki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Patryk Kornecki having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tytus Skikiewicz during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Horyniecka! Daniel Rojewski walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

If Rafal Rasialdo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Klement Cerocki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Horyniecka's supporters rose to their feet, but Klement Cerocki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patryk Kornecki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Rafal Rasialdo came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Horyniecka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafal Rasialdo couldn't finish the play. Rafal Rasialdo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
