Konstanty Marchefka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugeniusz Slazak in the 15th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Eugeniusz Slazak managed to get in a good position for a shot. FKS Stal Mielec's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugeniusz Slazak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Konstanty Marchefka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eugeniusz Slazak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eugeniusz Slazak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Konstanty Marchefka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. White Star Team's Konstanty Marchefka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugeniusz Slazak in the 34th minute of play. White Star Team's Tobiasz Teofila got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 38th minute, FKS Stal Mielec's Radomir Skwira seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Radomir Skwira the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FKS Stal Mielec protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Radomir Skwira had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 38th minute, one of FKS Stal Mielec:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FKS Stal Mielec. The referee gave White Star Team a penalty, 41 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aleksander Sawicki, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FKS Stal Mielec's Zachary Cichowski. 1-0. Zenon Przybylo kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. A hard shot 47 in the game by Tobiasz Teofila from a close distance when the talented Zachary Cichowski managed to make a qualified save. FKS Stal Mielec's players were relieved.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Artur Erland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zachary Cichowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FKS Stal Mielec's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
