The audience was convinced that Leszek Kosel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roman Sanocki was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Roman Sanocki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witomir Panasewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Roland Ruzicki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zakocie fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 38th minute Roland Ruzicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Sanocki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boruc Fabiszak received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Julian Ramzinski came out and tried to block the shot, but Boruc Fabiszak slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 40th minute. Roman Sanocki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Ruzicki in the 44th minute of play. After the first half Zakocie were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Roland Ruzicki made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leszek Kosel got free with Roman Sanocki in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Green Street Elite's Roman Sanocki got control of the ball when Leszek Kosel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roman Sanocki made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Leszek Kosel sent off a good shot on target. 57 minutes into the match, Green Street Elite's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Ruzicki came free, but Roman Sanocki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Roland Ruzicki fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Roman Sanocki, passed just outside the right post. Roman Sanocki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zakocie. The throw-in from Iwan Bronicki in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Green Street Elite's Dobromir Pstrongowski. 94 minutes into the match, Witomir Panasewicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roman Sanocki. Green Street Elite's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Witomir Panasewicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. When the match was over Zakocie could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Green Street Elite throughout the match.
