In the 43rd minute, Samonienen SA's Tobiasz Buczko ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bogdan Chmielecki. Bogdan Chmielecki yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 46th minute, Dobromir Michalski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tobiasz Buczko hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gilbert Logewnik to strike the kick off in the second half. Zbyszko Setara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waclaw Poremba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
