Beniamin Cymbal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute of the match, Milosz Ludwa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Konrad Dulemba saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Eugeniusz Karwowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konrad Dulemba having to interfere. If Milosz Ludwa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the Miners Mysłowice defense, Eugeniusz Karwowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Konrad Dulemba. The Miners Mysłowice fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Konrad Dulemba should have stopped the shot. In the 26th minute, one of Miners Mysłowice:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Miners Mysłowice. In the 31st minute Milosz Grabowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ryszard Ziemba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Miners Mysłowice booed when WKS Paczuski was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miroslaw Hejza didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 37 minutes, Stefan Czekaj managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Miners Mysłowice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stefan Czekaj was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Milosz Ludwa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th match minute, WKS Paczuski was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignacy Prus to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Beniamin Cymbal to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugeniusz Karwowski in the 56th minute of play forced Miners Mysłowice's goalkeeper Konrad Dulemba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute of the match Jakub Munko sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Konrad Dulemba skillfully saved the ball. If Milosz Ludwa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Milosz Ludwa came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the WKS Paczuski fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Milosz Ludwa couldn't finish the play. Bogdan Zacharek hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Eugeniusz Karwowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Konrad Dulemba having to make a save. Konrad Dulemba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milosz Ludwa, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Ryszard Ziemba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefan Czekaj in the 87th minute. Stefan Czekaj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Ryszard Ziemba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. WKS Paczuski's Ryszard Ziemba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beniamin Cymbal in the 90th minute of play. The supporters of Miners Mysłowice booed when WKS Paczuski was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyprian Grunwalski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 97 played minutes Beniamin Cymbal rounded WKS Paczuski's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. WKS Paczuski had won after a very even match.
