Jan Skarpiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Okopny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The coaching staff of FC Barcelona protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Juliusz Arendarski had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 38th minute of the game. One of FC Barcelona:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Arsenal Londyn PL:s goal. When Emil Cizeski came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the FC Barcelona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emil Cizeski couldn't finish the play. Robert Komornicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boleslaw Mochadlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emil Cizeski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
