The audience thought a goal was coming when Konrad Drugi got free with Patryk Rutecki in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. GKS Urania Ruda Śląska's Ignacy Szarmach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziemowit Mosiniak in the 15th minute of play. Aureliusz Pusiak took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ignacy Szarmach. Ignacy Szarmach dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ignacy Szarmach didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leszek Dlugi went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 28 minutes into the match, Lublin's Ziemowit Mosiniak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ignacy Szarmach narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norbert Chrobak in the 30th minute of play forced Lublin's goalkeeper Patryk Rutecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Bartlomiej Kochanowicz took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Patryk Rutecki to make any attempt to save it. Leszek Dlugi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Ignacy Szarmach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Lublin's Julian Hyska got a free kick in the 39th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as GKS Urania Ruda Śląska's Konrad Drugi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Patryk Rutecki. That made the score 2-2 after 42 minutes of play. Lublin's Patryk Rutecki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Lublin from getting a goal against them.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ludomil Wrzosek to strike the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Lublin got a freekick which was hit by Ziemowit Mosiniak. Filip Sikola took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Patryk Rutecki. Lublin's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ziemowit Mosiniak kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Ksawery Polakowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GKS Urania Ruda Śląska fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. In the 77th minute of the match Edward Knopek shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patryk Rutecki showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 83 played minutes, GKS Urania Ruda Śląska's Edward Knopek shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Patryk Rutecki came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GKS Urania Ruda Śląska reached it. GKS Urania Ruda Śląska's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Ziemowit Mosiniak scored to the left of an out of position Ignacy Szarmach, making the score, 4-4. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
