Lublin's Leszek Dlugi pulled a muscle in his back after 34 minutes and couldn't finish the game. A collision led to UNITED SA getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Barnaba Henryk hit a great ball. Aureliusz Pusiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 42nd play minutes Ludomil Wrzosek shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Lucjan Literski and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 47th minute, Ludomil Wrzosek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Aureliusz Pusiak might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucjan Literski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliusz Pusiak ran back to his position shaking his head. Aureliusz Pusiak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucjan Literski having to interfere. Lucjan Literski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludomil Wrzosek in the 57th minute of play. Patryk Rutecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomasz Pruss in the 58th minute of play. UNITED SA's Lucjan Literski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliusz Pusiak in the 69th minute of play. Patryk Rutecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marek Fujarczuk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Ludomil Wrzosek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucjan Literski was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Lucjan Literski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lublin's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
