Spectators: 7243 (Terracing: 5433, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gustaw Lato started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes FC Staude got a freekick which was hit by Damazy Rzeszutek. After 3 played minutes, Motor Lublin's Roland Zielinski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lucjan Majczyk came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Motor Lublin reached it. Lucjan Majczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marek Pietras, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Gustaw Lato took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lucjan Majczyk. Lucjan Majczyk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 8th minute, Olgierd Babicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adam Marosz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Wicherek having to interfere. Gilbert Wicherek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zbyszek Majorski in the 13th minute. After having played for 21 minutes, Slawomir Ochylski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Staude's supporters crossed their fingers, but Slawomir Ochylski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zbyszek Majorski kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Gilbert Wicherek made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Slawomir Ochylski sent off a good shot on target. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Slawomir Ochylski made a kick off. Radoslaw Wierzchowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Lucjan Majczyk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute Adam Marosz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Wicherek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucjan Majczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaw Lato, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 64th minute, Gustaw Lato left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Motor Lublin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Adam Marosz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Wicherek having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Gustaw Lato dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lucjan Majczyk, 1-4. After a rather tough play, FC Staude's Beniamin Gollob got a free kick in the 84th minute. Lucjan Majczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olgierd Babicki in the 87th minute of play. If Zbyszek Majorski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucjan Majczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radoslaw Wierzchowski in the 91st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hieronim Plucinik got free with Lucjan Majczyk in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Motor Lublin played a much better game than FC Staude and deserved their victory. The FC Staude players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
