Kajetan Podolski might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcin Marchlewicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kajetan Podolski ran back to his position shaking his head. Ulryk Czempa struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Gilbert Debkowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Madryt. Szymon Matela hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 12th match minute, Atlético Madryt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waclaw Dresik to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the game, Waclaw Dresik recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gilbert Debkowski. Waclaw Dresik showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 19th play minutes Kajetan Podolski shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Marcin Marchlewicz and just under the crossbar into goal. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Kajetan Podolski put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Marcin Marchlewicz. Kajetan Podolski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcin Marchlewicz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kajetan Podolski in the 28th minute of play forced Atlético Madryt's goalkeeper Marcin Marchlewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Krzysztof Debowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético Madryt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bajeczni F.C. the free kick. The supporters of Bajeczni F.C. booed when Atlético Madryt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krzysztof Debowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kajetan Podolski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Atlético Madryt players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bajeczni F.C. were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kajetan Podolski made a kick off. If Kajetan Podolski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 57 minutes of play, Bajeczni F.C.'s Kajetan Podolski made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcin Marchlewicz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kajetan Podolski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcin Marchlewicz having to make a save. Kajetan Podolski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Marcin Marchlewicz made a huge save. If Zbyszek Piczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kajetan Podolski's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcin Marchlewicz firmly grabbed it by the left post. Atlético Madryt's Marcin Marchlewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kajetan Podolski in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute Kajetan Podolski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcin Marchlewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 73 minutes, Kajetan Podolski made it 1-5 with a short kick to the right side. Atlético Madryt's Marcin Marchlewicz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcin Marchlewicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kajetan Podolski's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Zbyszek Piczak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bajeczni F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Zbyszek Piczak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcin Marchlewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iwo Soliwoda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 88 played minutes Atlético Madryt got a freekick which was hit by Krzysztof Debowski. In the 91st minute, Kajetan Podolski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marcin Marchlewicz. The goal made the score 1-6. Bajeczni F.C.'s Gilbert Debkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miromir Grucza in the 97th minute of play.
